How a job runs

From request to sign-off

    Port, load, approximate weight and date, on WhatsApp or by phone. Attach a photo of the load if you have one.

    We confirm the machine and the price

    Crane or truck, operator, and the paperwork that comes with it.

  3. 03

    Passes and permits

    We tell you before dispatch what the job needs: gate passes for the vehicle, the machine and the operator at the port, and a road permit for oversized loads.

  4. 04

    Mobilise from the nearest yard

    Rashid Port, Hamriya Port or Khalid Port, whichever is closest to the job.

  5. 05

    Lift or move, set down, sign off

    One supervisor from pick-up to set-down.

What does lift and shift include?
The crane to lift the load at the pickup point, the truck or lowbed to carry it, and the crane again to set it down. One supervisor from start to finish.
Do I need to book the crane and the truck separately?
No. Tell us the pickup, the set-down point, the load and the weight, and we send both together from the nearest yard.
Can you set a load down inside a port or a factory?
Yes. We work inside the seven ports on the map and on sites across Dubai and Sharjah. We tell you before dispatch what passes the site needs.
