How a job runs

From request to sign-off

    Send the request

    Port, load, approximate weight and date, on WhatsApp or by phone. Attach a photo of the load if you have one.

  2. 02

    We confirm the machine and the price

    Crane or truck, operator, and the paperwork that comes with it.

  3. 03

    Passes and permits

    We tell you before dispatch what the job needs: gate passes for the vehicle, the machine and the operator at the port, and a road permit for oversized loads.

  4. 04

    Mobilise from the nearest yard

    Rashid Port, Hamriya Port or Khalid Port, whichever is closest to the job.

  5. 05

    Lift or move, set down, sign off

    One supervisor from pick-up to set-down.

About this service

Does the crane come with an operator?
Yes. Every crane is sent with its operator, and a rigger or supervisor when the lift needs one.
What is lift radius, and why do you ask for it?
The horizontal distance from the centre of the crane to the centre of the load when it is lifted. Capacity falls as radius grows, so the same crane may lift 25 t close in and far less at 20 m out. Radius and weight together decide which machine we send.
How do you decide which crane a lift needs?
From the load weight, the lift radius, the lift height, and what is around the crane on site. Send those four and a photo if you have one, and we name the machine.
Can you provide a lift plan and the crane's inspection certificate?
Ask for both with your quote and they come with the confirmation.
